Life with Baby class is for expecting families planning for the special time after baby’s arrival. We will focus on preparing to meet the essential needs of all family members. Postpartum recovery, Infant behavior, baby gear, meal prep and more will be discussed. Bring your questions to 2 experienced postpartum doulas!

Laura McCarthy, LCSW and Postpartum Doula, will be offering 30 minute baby wearing lessons. You will learn to safely wear your newborn, infant, or toddler. She’ll have a variety of different carriers to try and weighted dolls.

Babywearing Lessons

Learn to safely wear your newborn, infant, or toddler in a 30 minute individual lesson. Carriers and weighted dolls are available for practice. Choose Sheri for newborn wearing, or with Laura for babies of all ages.
